To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this as a reference for Masood Jaffery, a valued employee of Financial Systems Support, Inc since April 20, 1994.  Masood was employed as a field engineer servicing computers and related equipment for our customers in Southern California. Unfortunately Masood was laid off when FSS was force to discontinue field service operations due to the loss of a major client, a large bank that was shut down by the FDIC.    

Masood’s responsibilities included:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software and network problems and find solutions to fix problems and minimize downtime;
• Perform preventative maintenance in the field for pc equipment, printers, servers etc.;
• Install new bank branch office systems: network equipment, servers, printers, PCs etc;
• Perform equipment upgrades
• Perform adds and moves

Masood is a great field engineer who is able to quickly identify the problems and find solutions and work unsupervised on projects large and small.  He is reliable, someone you can count on to complete a project successfully and on time.
